The secret to building the PERFECT meal is using the Fab Four: protein, fiber, greens, and fat.
The Fab Four work together to balance your hunger hormones – meaning, you won’t feel hungry again an hour after eating. When you combine protein, fat, fiber, and greens, you should feel full for around 4-6 hours. No energy crashing, no craving foods, and no thinking about when you’re going to eat next! You’ll feel 100% full and satisfied 🙂

Here’s are my favorite Fab Four foods:
Protein: Pasture raised chicken/turkey/eggs, grass-fed steak, wild caught seafood, bone broth.
Fat: avocado, coconut milk, coconut oil, olive oil, grass-fed ghee, grass-fed butter, nuts/seeds and nut/seed butters, avocado, avocado oil.
Fiber: Squash, brussels sprouts, broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, brown rice, quinoa
Greens: lettuces, spinach, kale, arugula, broccoli, asparagus, sprouts.
Pick one from each, combine, and you’ll have the perfect meal!
