Huge congratulations to Samuel, the winner of AMPG’s health management program! Samuel worked hard and lost 17 pounds over the course of four months!

He set goals to eat vegetables at every meal, workout six days each week, get 6-8 hours of sleep and drink 80oz of water a day. Samuel is a great example of commitment and setting small goals to achieve BIG results. Way to go!
